Liberated piecing

I've seen some interesting blogs about "not following the rules" so I thought I would try it.  I picked up a bag of scraps for $1 at a quilt shop in Sumas, WA which had some interesting little bits in it.  The centre of this block is one of them.

  1. I love being unstructured. I don't like rules when it comes to crafting in general but quilting especially. I think you did a great job on your block, keep up the good work and you will find that you are getting better at being "unstructured" too.
